Payment Policy
All payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE including the downpayment and layaway payments. Failure to pay at that time may result in the cancellation of your order and loss of your payments.

Faceups
Faces are painted by my casting studio based on my master samples. Please understand that each painting is done by hand and may vary from the example photos.

Returns
Refunds will ONLY be given if an item is DAMAGED in shipping and requested within 7 days of receipt for the amount of the item less shipping charges. For any other reasons, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS or EXCHANGES.
